FAQ

General Enquiry (For Delivery Information)

We try to keep the items in stock at all times but if the item is in high demand and our end is not able to deliver, we will substitute the out of stock item for a similar item of equal value.

We sincerely apologise that we do not allow changes or cancellations as we have to allocate resources and ingredients to process your order(s) upon receiving it. We seek your kind understanding to always confirm your orders before proceeding to payment.

Delivery times will be within the 2-hour time slot you have selected but we reserve the rights to change it any time due to unforeseen circumstances. These include changes in the driver's delivery routes, extra delivery numbers and/or traffic flow issues. We will inform you of any changes via telephone call.

Please be considerate and make yourself/someone on behalf available to accept your orders during the specified delivery timeslot. In any instance where there is no one at the location to accept the order, a re-delivery of $20 may apply or your order will be cancelled and not be refunded. The delivery man will only wait a maximum of 10 minutes for your arrival.
